All products offered by The Mirror Test are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant delivery of digital content, all sales are generally final.
Because the report is generated personally for you immediately upon submission of your answers, refunds are not available once the report has been generated and delivered to your email.
If you answered honestly and genuinely feel the report did not reflect your experience or provide any value, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case individually. We believe in this product and want you to feel it was worth it.
If you have paid for the 30-Day Mirror Protocol but have not yet received your welcome email, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the welcome email and first day's emails have been delivered, refunds are not available as the digital content has been delivered.
There is no recurring subscription for either product. Both are one-time purchases. If you wish to stop receiving the 30-Day Protocol emails before the 30 days are complete, contact us and we will stop the sequence immediately. No partial refund will be issued for emails already delivered.
If you did not receive your report or welcome email due to a technical error on our end, we will either resend the content or issue a full refund at your preference. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your payment details.
